Biography
Omeed Mahrouyan is a California civil litigation and business attorney. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, property and equipment damage, personal injury, startup and business transactions, landlord representation, and selected intellectual-property matters.
Omeed's experience spans disputes and transactions, including contract and ownership disputes, franchise and distribution matters, commercial lease negotiations, acquisition due diligence, business planning, personal-injury matters, technically sophisticated patent proceedings, and large-scale property-damage claims.
During law school, Omeed served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall and the Honorable André Birotte Jr. of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. That experience provided direct exposure to federal motion practice, judicial decision-making, and disciplined written advocacy.

His scientific and technical training informs his approach to causation, complex records, expert evidence, and the careful testing of factual assumptions.

Why founder-led matters
Mahrouyan Law is intentionally structured as a selective, founder-led practice. Clients work directly with Omeed on strategy, substantive drafting, negotiations, and major case decisions.
Facts are collected before positions are taken. Analytical preparation and clear written work are the operating standard.
Beyond the practice
Omeed publishes educational writing and video under the AttorneyOmeed brand on law and leverage, business and strategy, and ideas and human behavior. That work is independent of client representation, but the underlying habits of thought are the same.
