For Attorneys

Referrals & co-counsel.

The firm accepts referrals and considers co-counsel arrangements in matters within its practice areas.

Mahrouyan Law works alongside referring counsel on business, property, personal injury, transactional, landlord-tenant, and intellectual-property matters throughout California.

Any division of fees between lawyers in different firms is subject to California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1, which requires a written agreement between the lawyers, full written disclosure of the fee division and its terms to the client, the client's written consent, and that the total fee not be increased solely because of the division.

Every referral is evaluated for conflicts before any engagement is confirmed.
