The website offers an online prospective-client inquiry form. Visitors who contact the firm directly by telephone or email provide only the information they choose to share in that communication.

The website's hosting provider may process basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages requested, and submission timing — to operate and secure the site, prevent spam, and enforce reasonable submission limits.

The website does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Information submitted through the inquiry form, or received through direct telephone or email contact, is used to run a conflict check, evaluate a potential engagement, and respond to the sender. The firm does not sell, rent, or share visitor information with third parties for marketing purposes, and does not add inquiries to any marketing or newsletter list.

Service providers and storage

The firm uses Lovable to host the website, securely store inquiry records for the firm's private intake dashboard, and deliver inquiry-form submissions by email from the firm's sending domain, notify.mahrolaw.com. Stored inquiry records include the information entered in the form, the submission source and time, a status, any internal firm notes, and, for guided intake, a neutral summary and the question-and-answer transcript. Access is limited to authorized firm accounts. The firm does not use a separate marketing or advertising platform for these inquiries.

Retention

Inquiry emails and private dashboard records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete conflict review, evaluate the matter, respond to the sender, maintain appropriate conflict and intake records, and meet applicable professional or legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are periodically deleted or archived under the firm's recordkeeping practices.

Confidentiality

Contacting the firm through this website, by telephone, or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflict clearance and execution of a written engagement agreement. Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for an initial conflict check and assessment, and do not send documents, passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through the initial inquiry form.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the firm's website or vendors change. The effective date above will be revised when the policy is updated.
