Please provide only a brief summary reasonably necessary for an initial conflict check and evaluation, and do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through the form.

Visitors who contact the firm directly by telephone or email provide only the information they choose to share in that communication.

The website's hosting provider may log basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages requested — to operate and secure the site.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The site stores your accessibility preferences (for example, text size or reduced motion) in your browser's local storage under a single key so those choices persist between visits. Service providers and storage

The firm uses a website hosting and content-delivery provider (Lovable) to make this site available and to deliver inquiry-form submissions by email to the firm from the firm's sending domain, notify.mahrolaw.com. Form submissions are not stored in a website database; they are transmitted by email to the firm's own email account, where they are retained as described below. The firm does not use a separate customer-relationship, marketing, or advertising platform for these inquiries.

Retention

Information the firm receives from direct inquiries is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete conflict review, evaluate the matter, and respond to the sender. If no engagement results, the firm periodically deletes or archives inquiry records consistent with the California Rules of Professional Conduct and prudent recordkeeping.

Confidentiality

Contacting the firm through this website, by telephone, or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflict clearance and execution of a written engagement agreement. Until an engagement is confirmed in writing, information you send through the inquiry form or by unsolicited email is treated as nonconfidential and may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Do not send confidential information before that point.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the firm's website or vendors change. The effective date above will be revised when the policy is updated.
